Job Description: Executes operational activities related to quote, price, configuration, deal registration, order management process, invoicing, and contract life-cycle management to ensure that sales orders are successfully completed from quote to delivery and credited appropriately assigned for sales compensation. Manage and assign daily tasks for team members, coach them on how to create and submit quotes, ensure team members work closely with sellers to gather necessary input so that quotes are prepared accurately and professionally, and improve team efficiency. Ensure all the quotes comply with company policies. Have team to track on quote approval process, follow up with sellers on quoting revision, splitting and cancellation. Handle quote consultations and disputes, communicate with relevant team to resolve issues. Summarize quoting data and monitor the volume trend by country at APJ level. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent secondary education certification required, MBA prefered Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant field with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Knowledge and Skills: Good leadership skills, including coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution.
