Provide system administration support of our Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow. Create and maintain technical documentation related to deployed solutions and important support processes. Maintain detailed system configuration and architectural documentation on an ongoing basis. Documentation updates are required as part of any material change to the environment. Facilitate transition of applications from development to production. Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time to support project deliverables. There may be additional, related duties as assigned.
