Job Description: Verify parts / lots received from manufacturing and subcontractors, ensuring that it tallies with its transfer documents. Transacts accurately the received parts in AX System. Organizes and stores all received finished goods into its respective location. Precisely arrange shipment according to Picking List and Shipment Request Form Make sure that all shipments are properly packed accordingly and labelled as required. Strictly observe shipping instructions stated on the picking list to comply with the order requirements. Prepares shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing Slip, CoC, Gate Pass, Export Declaration, Air WayBill / Bill of Lading, Inner and Outer Labels Coordinate booking and pickup confirmation with assigned couriers and forwarders. Communicate flight details/information, shipping requirements, issues, and concerns of shipments. Performs daily transactions in AX System for dispatched shipments. Compiles scanned shipping documents in shared folder Conducts regular / annual cycle counting of finished goods to maintain integrity of inventory.
