Personal Ambassadors build relationships over time with assigned Ambassador members to personalize service and become a trusted resource. Responsibilities include customizing communications and travel planning, as well as experiences for Ambassador members for business travel, life events, special stays, offers and exclusive Ambassador offers and events. Personal Ambassadors are responsible for new member onboarding to introduce the Ambassador program and proactive outreach to low engaged Ambassador members.
