This role serves the critical function of processing and maintaining complex financial transactions. It also serves as an important connecting point between the company and our customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensuring accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions, including high-value and multi-layered invoices, account reconciliations, billing disputes, and intercompany transactions.  * Identifying, analyzing and resolving payment discrepancies. * Coordinating and communicating effectively with internal cross-functional teams at various levels of the organization. * Communicating with customers/vendors to resolve disputes * Maintaining compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.  * Demonstrating strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors. * Producing reports to update management on status of accounts * Cross training in other departmental functions as needed to provide backup. * Performing other duties as assigned.
