Key Responsibilities Strategic Capital Investment & Planning Optimisation Collaborate closely with Development teams (Cost, Commercial & Construction) to assess and optimise capital allocation across AirTrunk’s project portfolio, ensuring investment decisions are aligned with strategic priorities. Drive continuous optimisation of capital investment by implementing cost efficiencies, value engineering initiatives, and ensuring alignment between investment strategy and project execution. Contribute to procurement and tendering strategies to maximise commercial outcomes through strategic sourcing, cost control, and value-driven contracting. Support financial modelling and return analysis for new developments, expansions, and acquisitions by ensuring accurate and timely capital planning. Integrate capital planning with liquidity and cash flow forecasting to support robust financial governance and funding strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure rigorous cost modelling, benchmarking analysis, and adherence to financial governance standards throughout the project lifecycle. Review and enhance reporting practices for capital investment, expenditure, and project performance, ensuring transparency and consistency for internal and external stakeholders, including shareholders. Partner with Treasury and Finance to align capital outflows with broader funding strategies and liquidity planning. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
