As our Marketing Automation Specialist, you’ll make sure every campaign, channel, and lifecycle touchpoint is measurable, integrated, and continuously optimised. You’ll help the marketing team move faster, work smarter, and make more confident decisions through reliable data, automation, and experimentation. You’ll build lifecycle campaigns, workflows, and other automations, leveraging the content required of those mechanisms, including EDM, multimedia content, and more. About You You’re a technically minded, process-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology. You love building infrastructure, streamlining workflows, and experimenting with automation and AI to unlock scale and precision across acquisition and lifecycle. You have: A proven track record managing marketing systems (HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and more) and ensuring data cleanliness and alignment across teams Experience building and maintaining automation workflows (HubSpot workflows, n8n, Zapier, etc.) Strong analytical skills with a knack for creating dashboards, tracking funnel performance, and driving data-led decisions Curiosity for emerging AI and agentic automation tools (n8n, LangChain, or custom GPT automations) Experience with Salesforce is a nice to have, but not essential Humility, hunger, and smarts Must-have skills/experience: You must be an expert in Hubspot’s marketing suite, with extensive and demonstrable experience building complex automations, workflows and dashboards Experience in marketing ops for B2B SaaS You have the ability to champion our company values matters to us; we care about our team and you'll be joining a group of people who want each other to be happy and successful.
