ent, Sales, Finance and Logistics, you'll drive S&OP, optimise inventory, improve customer service and lead initiatives that enhance operational performance across the business.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end to end supply chain function across planning, customer service, inventory and logistics.
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies that improve service, efficiency and cost performance.
  • Drive the S&OP process, ensuring alignment between customer demand, production capacity and inventory.
  • Manage inventory levels to maximise product availability while optimising working capital.
  • Partner with manufacturing to ensure production plans support customer demand and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team, creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and third-party logistics providers to improve service outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on key supply chain KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve performance.
  • Deliver continuous improvement initiatives across planning, warehousing, transport and customer service.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support business growth and strategic initiatives.

About You


You're an experienced Supply Chain leader who combines strong operational expertise with commercial acumen and a collaborative leadership style.

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience leading end to end supply chain operations within FMCG, food, beverage or manufacturing.
  • Strong experience in supply planning, inventory management and S&OP.
  • A track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across manufacturing, commercial and executive teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capability, with experience using data to drive better business outcomes.
  • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with exposure to Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies being highly regarded.
