Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in existing implementations. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities using CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Jenkins). Collaboration & Mentorship Work closely with business analysts, admins, and QA teams to deliver quality solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What you’ll bring: Required Skills & Qualifications 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments. Strong expertise in: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Salesforce Flows and Process Builder SOQL, SOSL queries REST/SOAP API integrations Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, declarative development, and customization.
