Configure product installations and customisations in a POV engagement Collaborate with the Product Management team as a liaison for key accounts and their technical product requirements. Provide informal training to the Sales team on CrowdStrike technology and support for technical sales and competitive messaging. Work as a Trusted Advisor within our prospects and customers in order to gain mind-share and ensure project success. What You'll Need: Considerable proven experience in sales engineering – particularly in the areas of security, incident response or security architecture design. Demonstrable experience working with Large Enterprise organisations. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on multiple engagements. Self-motivated and excellent organisational skills. Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and external. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyse complex scenarios and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution.
