  •  Duties & Responsibilities Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate sales activity 
  • Leverage existing products to provide opportunities for the entire product range 
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals and quotations for current and prospective customers 
  • Develop detailed knowledge, maintain records and prioritise a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecast, giving the business visibility of future opportunities 
  • Assist management in developing an annual sales budget, monitoring sales performance against budget to identify gaps early and putting clear actions in place to keep the region on track 
  • Adopt a customer-first approach, optimising the customer experience and exceeding expectations 
  • Acquire knowledge of major competing products and the Australian market, reporting on market trends and competitor product development 
  • Take part in trade shows and industry events to promote products, network with the coffee community and generate leads and referrals 
  • Provide solutions to maximise opportunities in all segments of the coffee industry.
