What does your typical day look like? Leading and supporting a team of QA and development coaches to achieve strategic business outcomes; Monitoring and enhancing coaching effectiveness, quality standards, and operational efficiency; Aligning and optimizing auditing practices to ensure consistency and impact; Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that elevate service delivery and employee experience; Build clear and focused development plans to innovate on existing skillsets in the team; Monitor key performance indicators to ensure expectations are met; Promote and communicate the corporate strategy and vision as it relates to the team; Participate in strategic initiatives in support of organizational goals; Oversee operational initiatives to optimize our quality program; Other duties as required.
