Description du poste Relevant du directeur de projet, l’Ingénieur(e) principal(e) en conception routière contribue à la réussite globale des grands projets d’Egis Canada à l’échelle du pays. À titre d’ingénieur(e) en transport, il ou elle participe aux mandats provinciaux (MTO) et municipales, tant en conception préliminaire qu’en conception détaillée des infrastructures routières majeures. Le/la titulaire du poste est responsable de la planification, de la coordination et de la gestion des composantes civiles des projets routiers majeurs, depuis la phase de conception jusqu’à la réalisation. Les projets peuvent inclure, sans s’y limiter, des autoroutes, des routes urbaines et rurales à deux ou plusieurs voies, des échangeurs et des intersections. Le rôle inclut également l’intégration des données provenant d’autres disciplines, telles que les réseaux d’eau potable, d’égouts pluviaux et sanitaires, ainsi que les infrastructures de services publics (réseaux secs et humides) et les améliorations de drainage. Il ou elle assure le soutien technique, l’encadrement et la supervision des ingénieurs juniors et du personnel technique affectés aux projets. Ses responsabilités comprennent la préparation de rapports techniques, de documents contractuels, de plans de conception, de relevés de quantités et d’estimations des coûts. Le poste inclut la création, la révision et l’exécution des contrôles de qualité sur les plans, profils et quantités de conception dans les environnements Civil 3D, InRoads et OpenRoads. Le titulaire effectue également les premières inspections et visites de terrain nécessaires à la conception. Il ou elle entretient des relations positives et professionnelles avec les clients, tant internes qu’externes. Enfin, la personne en poste se tient à jour quant aux outils, logiciels et meilleures pratiques en conception numérique (CAD/Civil 3D, MicroStation, InRoads, OpenRoads), en collaboration avec l’équipe senior de conception assistée par ordinateur. Qualifications ​​​​​Diplôme universitaire en génie civil. Un minimum de 10 ans d’expérience avec titulaire d’un permis d’ingénieur(e) professionnel(le) (P.Eng.) Solide réputation professionnelle auprès du MTO, des municipalités et autres intervenants du secteur. Expérience en génie routier et bonne connaissance du milieu du génie-conseil. Maîtrise des principes du génie routier, incluant les politiques, règlements, lignes directrices et procédures opérationnelles.
