What You’ll Do

• Build and run digital campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, Meta, email, and more.
• Turn our website into a lead-generating machine.
• Experiment, test, and optimize — then double-down on what works.
• Track results, own the numbers, and share wins with the team.
• Think like an owner: budget smart, act fast, and push for growth.

What We’re Looking For

• You’ve run campaigns that delivered real results (traffic, leads, sales).
• You understand SEO, PPC, social ads, and content strategy.
• You’re creative, scrappy, and entrepreneurial by nature.
• You thrive when you have autonomy — and accountability.
• Bonus: you’ve run your own consultancy, freelance business, or agency.
