Full job descriptionActive Balance Chiropractic & Health Centre is a multidisciplinary clinic, open Monday to Saturday, currently offering chiropractic, registered massage therapy, traditional chinese medicine, and clincal counselling services. We are looking to hire a permanent, full-time Office Administrator. Main tasks include booking and scheduling client appointments, collecting payments, operating an electronic health record database, and maintaining a clean workspace.

The future candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to multitask in busy office settings, provide exceptional client care, and work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Additional Requirements for the position:

  • Strong work ethic
  • Take ownership to complete a task from start to finish
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Work in a fast paced environment
  • Handle sensitive situations while respecting client confidentiality at the same time
  • Attention to detail and strong computer skills
  • Excellent grasp of spelling and grammar
