Die Rolle


Als Business Leader Marketing (m/w/d) übernimmst du die strategische Führung einer unserer Top-Marken. Mit deinem engagierten Team entwickelst und implementierst du innovative Online- und Offline-Marketingstrategien, um Konsument:innen zu begeistern, das Brand Engagement zu maximieren und nachhaltiges Wachstum bei Marktanteil, Umsatz und Profit zu erzielen. Dabei verantwortest du das gesamte Produktmarketing und förderst People Management sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit wichtigen Stakeholdern.

/ Entwicklung & Umsetzung der Marken-Strategie & des Marketing-Plans:


  • Markenstrategie & Planung: Entwickle eine ganzheitliche Markenvision basierend auf fundiertem Markt- und Verbraucherverständnis und verantworte Jahresplanung und Budget für deine Marke.
  • Internationale Abstimmung & DACH-Strategie: Agiere als zentraler Ansprechpartner für internationale Marketingteams zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung der lokalen DACH-Markenstrategie.
  • Marketingplan-Management & Performance-Steuerung: Du entwickelst und implementierst ganzheitliche On- und Offline-Marketingpläne, übersetzt die Markenstrategie in operative Maßnahmen und steuerst diese in enger Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Fachbereichen, um Marktanteil, Umsatz und Profit zu maximieren.

Dein Profil


  • Umfassende Marketingexpertise: Du bringst mindestens 6-8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktmarketing mit, ergänzt durch Expertise in digitalem Marketing, E-Retail oder Mediaplanung.
  • Leadership: Mindestens 2 Jahre nachweisliche Führungserfahrung zeichnen dich aus, gepaart mit Mut für Entscheidungen und der Fähigkeit, den Status Quo zu hinterfragen.
  • Analytisches & Kreatives Denken: Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise für komplexe Zusammenhänge sowie konzeptionelle und operationelle Kreativität.
