As a Subaru Car Sales Advisor, you will work directly with customers to understand what they are looking for, showcase the Subaru lineup, and help them find the vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle. We are looking for someone who is confident, competitive, and motivated to succeed. Automotive sales experience is an asset, but we are also open to individuals with a background in sales, retail, or customer service who are ready to take the next step in their career. With training, coaching, and ongoing support, you will have the tools to build your product knowledge, grow your sales skills, and succeed in a fast-paced dealership environment. A day in the Life As a Car Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchase journey, while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the Subaru brand. Welcome and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner, both in store and through phone and online inquiries. Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options. Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives. Present pricing, financing options, and assist in structuring deals in collaboration with management. Maintain accurate and consistent follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships. Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless handover experience. Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up to date on OEM features, technology, and market trends. Contribute to team success by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Success in this role comes from consistent effort, strong follow up habits, and the ability to build trust with customers. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer-facing experience is required. Mandarin speaking can be an asset Eligible to obtain a VSA license. Must be available all days of the week, including evenings and weekends. Shifts will average 40 hours per week. Strong work ethic with a high level of energy and motivation to succeed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust. Highly organized with the ability to multi task and follow up consistently. Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced sales environment. Previous sales or customer service experience is a strong asset, but not required.
