Salary: Salary: $72,683.10 to $88,834.90 per year. Individual pay is determined by skills, experience, and level of responsibility. Status: Full-time, permanent Hours of Work: 36 Hours per week. This role follows a regular Monday to Friday schedule. Occasional flexibility may be required to support meetings, project timelines, stakeholder engagement, or organizational needs. Working closely with leaders, program teams, and stakeholders across the organization, you will identify opportunities for improvement, define business requirements, support transformation initiatives, and help design processes and systems that improve organizational effectiveness and community impact. This role combines business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, and change support. You may support initiatives such as process redesign, systems implementation, service delivery improvements, workflow analysis, requirements gathering, change management, and data-informed decision-making across programs and internal service areas.
