For more information, please see www.dt-global.com The Role Reporting to the Deputy Team Leader, the AASI Alumni Engagement and MEL Officer supports the delivery of alumni engagement activities across the scholarship lifecycle, along with monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) functions. The role coordinates activities, provides administrative support, and helps collect and analyse data to track results and improve program performance. The Officer also contributes to enhancing the alumni experience, promoting inclusive participation (including GEDSI outcomes), and strengthening professional networks and partnerships. The Officer works closely with DFAT Post Honiara and a range of stakeholders—including Australia Awards Scholarships (AAS), Australia Awards Pacific Scholarships (AAPS) and Australia Awards Fellowship (AAF) awardees, Short Course participants, Australian and Pacific host institutions, Australia Global Alumni, the Solomon Islands Australia Alumni Association (SIAAA), and partners across the private sector and civil society—to support AASI in achieving its program outcomes.
