Primary Responsibilities (Counter) • Above average customer service and DIY issue resolution • Provide a positive selling experience for all DIY and professional customers including walk-in, on-line orders and phone • Ability to lookup and suggest parts and or job related supplies • Cash handling and bank deposits • Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards • Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties) .
