Salesforce administration and platform tasks include: Streamline support process and educate Enpal Users and enable Super Users. Manage instance for data integrity, security, and basic audits. Conduct training of Business Owners for new features and assist with roll-out. Develop best practices for reporting, access models, GDPR, MFA/SSO strategies, and audit controls. Customize Salesforce fields, layouts, record types, searching, list views, queues, reports, and dashboards. Maintain security including user accounts, sharing rules, user roles, field level security, etc. Manage system configuration, change control, and enhancements. Develop and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and application configuration. Handle operational requests, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with diverse user groups and business leaders. Qualifications 3+ years of previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally with some form of people management. Expert knowledge and understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud that is always kept at the highest level. Basic understanding of Salesforce coding (APEX, Java etc.). Experience with Salesforce Flows is advantageous. Basic understanding of Salesforce integration options. Proficient in data manipulation tools and uploading techniques. Capable of troubleshooting system, processes, and data issues. Working knowledge of relational databases design concepts and data management.
