About the role:

As a Front Office employee (m/f/d) at Landal Travemünde, you are one of the first points of contact for our guests. You ensure that they feel welcome from the very first moment and can start their holiday relaxed.


And that holiday begins in a very special place: Landal Travemünde is located on the Priwall peninsula, just a few minutes' walk from the wide Baltic Sea beach. Between the beach, dunes, marina, and the Beach Bay promenade, our guests enjoy their holiday right on the Baltic Sea.


At reception, you answer questions about the park and the surrounding area, assist our guests with any requests, and ensure that reservations and administrative tasks are handled reliably.


No two days are the same. Sometimes you welcome newly arriving guests, sometimes you give tips for an excursion to Travemünde or Lübeck, and other times you help find a quick solution to a problem during their stay.


  • Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests can fully enjoy their stay at Landal Travemünde.
