  • Process and manage customer orders in the SAP system, check stock availability, and issue order confirmations
  • Support the creation of purchase orders (PO) and coordinate with the logistics department
  • Track deliveries and update relevant data files
  • Assist with invoice creation, registration, and reconciliation of outstanding items
  • Prepare and maintain basic reports on inventory, sales, and deliveries
  • Communicate across departments to ensure smooth processes from order to delivery
