We have already built and scaled our Demand Capture engine (Search, Bing, CRM). Now we want someone to do the same on the other side. As Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will own, build and scale our Demand Creation: Paid Social, Display, Native and Demand Gen (incl. YouTube). Your mission is to make sure we reach and convert the right people on our marketplace, the families who go on to build a home of their own. You will own our paid social strategy and build out our display, native and demand-gen channels from the ground up. This is not about maintaining an established setup, it is about building, establishing and scaling it. You will own a significant share of our paid budget, with the freedom to test, learn and scale what works. Supported by strong data infrastructure, broad market reach and a highly entrepreneurial environment, you will directly influence how we acquire, convert and qualify users at scale. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Data and Leadership. This is a senior individual contributor role with high ownership, fast feedback cycles and direct business impact. What You'll Do Own Paid Social: build and scale our core acquisition on Meta, with end-to-end ownership of the acquisition experience. Build Display, Native and Demand Gen: launch, scale and optimize our demand-creation channels beyond Meta (incl. YouTube), for both prospecting and retargeting. Build creatives and creative workflows: develop the hooks, angles and assets that drive action, and build the AI-powered workflows to produce them at scale. Own the full funnel: you have the flexibility to adjust everything from first impression to qualified conversion: ads, landing pages, funnels and forms. Build with AI: embed AI into your daily workflow, from creative research and variant generation to campaign optimization and analysis. We have the tools and support you need. What You'll Need Strong track record in performance marketing with a focus on Meta Ads, plus experience in at least one further demand-creation channel (e.g. Display, Native, Demand Gen). Strong analytical skills and experience optimizing campaigns across the funnel, from creative to conversion, with a focus on lead quality and value, not just volume. Hands-on creative ability with a feel for the psychology of advertising and the skill to build creatives and the workflows behind them. You have built and scaled at least one paid channel from scratch, not only optimized an existing one. You have used AI to produce creatives or build workflows in real campaigns and can show where it lifted output quality or speed. Enjoyment of complex challenges in a collaborative, non-hierarchical setup, with willingness to step outside your role. A positive, team-oriented mindset. Fluent German (C1+, native-level a strong plus for German-market creative) and fluent English.
