Job Description The Administration/Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of administrative and retail policies and procedures, ensuring that departmental operations comply with evolving company standards. This role involves managing business operations in the most profitable way possible while adhering to established ethical guidelines. The manager must maintain a genuine concern for both the needs of the company and its customers, in line with Sodexo's standards and procedures, including safety, sales, customer service, stock control, cash management, staff deployment, and KPI reporting. In addition to managing daily operations at each location, this position focuses on driving sales and profit growth. By prioritizing efficient staff management and continuous operational improvements, the supervisor plays a key role in maximizing Sodexo's return on investment and ensuring the overall success of each location..
