We are seeking an experienced Regional HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environment outcomes across our New South Wales and Queensland portfolio. This is a senior role for a visible, delivery‑focused leader who builds strong relationships, influences outcomes, and leads by example. Job Description Reporting to the General Manager Group HSE, you will be responsible for embedding the Group HSE strategy across multiple manufacturing and industrial sites. You will work closely with Divisional leadership, Site Managers and HSE teams to build capability, drive cultural change, and ensure compliance across your region. This role requires frequent travel to sites within your portfolio, and as such suits someone who enjoys being visible on the floor, understands operational realities, and leads through influence rather than authority alone. You will also be a key member of the One Pact HSE Council, contributing to group‑wide governance, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
