Reporting directly to the GM Qld, this full-time, permanent position requires an experienced Branch Manager with a hands-on approach and strong leadership to manage the day-to-day operations of the Branch.   In this Role Implement, monitor, and review operational strategies to improve productivity, service delivery standards, and accuracy toward premium service levels and customer satisfaction. Drive continuous improvement to ensure all branch key stakeholders are managing processes and outcomes to achieve positive EBITDA results and reduce expenses. Work closely with warehouse and transport departments and service providers/contractors to maintain building service standards in line with OH&S legislation, HACCP requirements, WorkSafe regulations, and quality assurance. Continually leverage best practices to drive outstanding business growth and efficiency in line with Company strategies and goals. Prepare and maintain headcount, budgets, forecasts, and business plans for the Branch to ensure growth and positive financial results. Work closely with your key department leaders and the Executive Management team to drive solutions, ensure DIFOT to customers and achieve financial growth and success for the Branch.   You’re Likely a Match If A qualification in Business Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics is highly regarded but not essential.  A proven background in the foodservice or FMCG industry Operational and functional expertise across all areas of sales, inventory, finance, marketing, purchasing, warehousing, and distribution.
