Ensure compliance and governance - Validate that all activities adhere to organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain documentation and updates- Keep programme documentation current, including status reports, dashboards, and meeting notes. Complete and submit information to the Steerco as requested. Stakeholder engagement and relationship building - Actively manage expectations and foster collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. Preparation of SteerCo documents to support the Global Sales Leader Participate in lessons learnt to drive continual improvement Invoice submission and tracking Preparation of coaching materials and enablement materials Enabling the business Preparation of reports combining the presentation of data; persuasive writing and specific actions to drive outcomes Proficient in M365 Applications including MSTeams; Word; Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe.
