JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Marketing Manager, you will assist the Commercial Director and marketing team to ensure all plans and goals are completed according to standards and calendar. Fulfil required tasks to obtain maximum results in accordance with the hotel’s objectives and Marketing directions. Coordinates and maintain good rapport with all departments concerned. Main responsibilities: Implementing the marketing plan, calendar and achieving overall marketing & digital goals Being the W brand ambassador guiding the rest of the hotel team on brand standards and guidelines. Managing also the relationship with our W Ambassadors Designing brand and hotel collaterals Delivering W happenings with local partners on a monthly basis around our W brand passion points: mood board, creative storytelling, communication, event planning, promotions Supporting the digital team in the management of our website content, optimization and tactics on a daily basis (W Amsterdam website, W Lounge website..)
