Job Description Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel rates, packages, and operations to conduct site inspections for clients. Support the Sales Manager with daily operations and administration. Coordinate conferences and events with Kitchen and F&B teams to ensure smooth delivery. Prepare and distribute BEOs. Maintain and update the Sales & Marketing database and electronic files. Assist with proposals, contracts, promotions, mail-outs, and communication materials. Support marketing, e-commerce, and campaign execution. Manage and update the hotel website and online content. Create marketing collateral and promotional materials in line with Accor brand standards. Maintain hotel brand identity, imagery, and media resources across platforms.
