Promote resort tours by engaging guests, pre-qualifying candidates, and pivoting to ticket sales when needed. Close the deal by using a consultative, customer-focused approach while handling POS transactions accurately. Stay sharp with up-to-date knowledge of promotions and ticket pricing to create irresistible offers.
