Assists and supports the Marketing Department with the set-up execution and follow-up of casino promotions and events on select shifts by performing various duties to support customers’ visits and/or events. Assisting the Marketing Center, Box Office and Event Center counters as needed. This may include but not limited to handling cash and Guest Comps. Assists all customers (internal and external) with their concerns. Assist with welcoming bus patrons, confirming, counting, balancing and distribution of any coupons. Verifies completed paperwork supporting promotions and bus. Heavy clerical work; using promotional software, data entry, envelope stuffing, filing, faxing and copying. Explains promotions and provides accurate and up to date information about the casino, hotel, and food and beverage outlets to guests. Responsible for educating patron’s on the value of the loyalty program; assists patrons with questions and downloading of software as they relate to the property and loyalty program. Work in conjunction with other departments on an as needed basis. Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. Assists with supervising and coordinates the work of marketing representatives during assigned shifts. Assists with implementing training programs for all new hires. Assists with all guest service inquiries and ensure all complaints are properly addressed and marketing members are completely satisfied.
