Description
  • ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain a rolling 12-month demand forecast across all SKUs, aligning plans with revenue targets and growth ambitions.
  • Analyse sales performance, market trends, seasonality and promotional activity to build accurate demand forecasts.
  • Lead the monthly forecasting cycle, identifying risks, opportunities and forecast variances for key stakeholders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and create replenishment recommendations based on demand projections, lead times and business requirements.
  • Proactively mitigate risks related to stock shortages, excess inventory and product discontinuations.
  • Partner with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure production plans align with forecasted demand.
  • Review slow-moving and ageing inventory, recommending actions to improve stock efficiency and sell-through performance.
  • Support inventory planning for new product launches, promotional campaigns and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain reporting across key planning KPIs, including forecast accuracy, stock cover, inventory turnover and service levels.
  • Use data and customer insights to identify trends, opportunities and operational improvements, presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure plans reflect evolving business priorities.
  • Continuously refine forecasting, planning and inventory management processes as the business continues to scale.
