Tu misión principal será atender a clientes activos (segmentos Small, Medium, Big y Desarrollos) que soliciten la baja del servicio o una reducción de su plan. A través de la detección de necesidades y una sólida estrategia de negociación, tu objetivo será lograr la fidelización de los clientes para que mantengan su servicio activo con nosotros. Gestión de Canales de Atención: Conectarse a la cola de atención mediante Genesys (llamadas entrantes y salientes), Bootmaker (consultas por WhatsApp) y gestión activa de correos electrónicos. Gestión de Casos en CRM: Administrar y dar resolución a los pedidos de baja o downsell registrando cada caso en Salesforce. Trabajo en Equipo: Mantener contacto diario con el equipo de Upsellers y el Call Center para coordinar acciones conjuntas. Recuperación de Cuentas: Realizar el seguimiento y gestión de clientes que fueron dados de baja por morosidad. Prevención de Churn: Durante la segunda quincena del mes, gestionar proactivamente la cartera de clientes bloqueados para evitar su pérdida. Gestión Administrativa: Coordinar Debilitos Automáticos (DA), cambios de datos de facturación y gestiones. Requisitos: Marcado perfil comercial, orientado al trabajo por objetivos y resultados.
