Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership Lead all sales efforts targeting commercial markets (excluding government and defense). Market Development Identify and prioritize target industry sectors and client segments. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with company capabilities. Monitor competitive landscape, industry trends, and client needs to shape offerings. Marketing Oversight Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and campaigns to support business development. Proven track record of selling engineering consulting, product development, or similar technical services to commercial clients. Additional Information Employment Type: Full-Time Role Reports to: President Location: Office-based role in Waltham, Massachusetts Travel: Up to 10% travel Salary Range: The base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a performance bonus of up to 20% of the annual wage, based on achievement of individual, team, and company-wide performance goals.
