This role spans the full breadth of the Customer journey, from brand and advertising through loyalty, product design, digital, partnerships, and the Customer Solutions Center. This leader will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and play a pivotal role in defining Avelo’s brand identity and end-to-end Customer experience during a period of re-focus and transition. The role is based at the Avelo Support Center in Houston, with domestic travel expected.
