The roles:

• Dental receptionist: A front desk coordinator is a highly skilled communicator, who works directly with patients to process accounts, book appointments and provide information on dental care. You help keep the practice running smoothly and provide patients the greatest care.
• Dental assistant: Highly skilled in all areas of general dentistry your role is to work alongside and assist the Dentist, processing instruments and maintaining the highest levels of infection control. A warm, friendly and knowledgeable approach is needed to maintain the best service for our patients

About the role * Working closely with the management team and you will provide administrative support throughout the practices.

• Complying with company procedures and protocols.
• General administration duties including answering phone calls, actioning emails, scanning documents and booking appointments etc.
• Processing and allocating payments received from patients.
• You may be required to perform some sterilisation and/or dental assistant duties when needed to support the team or assist in covering lunch breaks.

Skills and experience * You are a highly experienced individual with extensive knowledge in all aspects of administration and dentistry

• You have the ability to effectively work both in a team and unsupervised
• You have very strong computer skills and ideally have experience with Core dental software.
• Exceptional knowledge of maintaining infection control standards
• You have professional written and verbal communication skills
