What You’ll Be Doing
Assembling mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic components
Building sub-assemblies and full machinery from engineering drawings
Working with fabricated components — marking out, cutting, folding, pipe bending, and more
Checking completed assemblies for alignment, dimensions, and quality
Maintaining a safe and tidy workspace, following all Health & Safety procedures
Supporting other workshop activities as required
What You’ll Bring
Strong mechanical or engineering background
Ability to read and work from technical drawings
Experience using hand and power tools
Great attention to detail and a strong team ethic
Ability to work independently and solve problems logically
TIG/MIG welding experience (desirable)
Basic electrical assembly knowledge (a plus)
Background in aviation, military, marine, or similar industries is advantageous
What You’ll Get
Competitive salary: £27,000 – £30,000
