As a Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the architecture, deployment, and integration of complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. You will partner with customers and implementation teams to ensure secure, seamless digital experiences while providing expert technical guidance. This position involves working with diverse industries, including finance, government, manufacturing, and utilities, and allows you to contribute directly to high-impact projects. Travel up to 20% as required to support client engagements and implementation activities. 5+ years of consulting experience, with at least 2 years focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. Practical experience with IAM systems, including ForgeRock or Ping Identity products, and proven system integration and implementation expertise. Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP), authentication standards (OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, OIDC), LDAP, and data stores. Experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Groovy, HTML, and CSS to support web application development. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while managing communications effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
