Activités principales : Au sein du service Secrétariat Général, vous participez à l’ensemble des activités suivantes : Plan de continuité d’activité (PCA) et Résilience opérationnelle Mettre à jour la documentation PCA : maintenir à jour les procédures, analyses d’impact et plans de continuité, en garantissant leur cohérence avec les activités critiques. Proposer des actions de remédiation conformes aux exigences PCA, à la Sécurité Convergée et à DORA : identifier les écarts, analyser les risques et formuler des recommandations pour répondre aux normes internes et réglementaires (dont AXA Standards, DORA). Mettre en œuvre les actions de remédiation : coordonner la mise en place des mesures correctrices et contribuer aux tests (sur table ou en mode simulation) de continuité et d’exercice de crise. Sensibiliser les collaborateurs : animer des actions de sensibilisation (membres du CODIR) et accompagner les équipes dans la compréhension de leurs responsabilités en matière de continuité d’activité. Contrôles de premier et de second niveau en lien avec la cartographie des risques opérationnels et de non-conformité : Définir le plan de contrôles de premier niveau et accompagner les opérationnels dans l’exécution de ces contrôles Définir et réaliser le plan de contrôles de second niveau Elaborer un plan de remédiation des contrôles de premier niveau et le déployer Etablir la synthèse des résultats de ces contrôles, réviser l’évaluation des risques au vu de ces résultats et émettre des recommandations afin de renforcer la maîtrise des risques et suivre la mise en œuvre des actions définies Participer au déploiement de l’outil interne de gestion des risques et du contrôle interne au sein de la Mutuelle Diffuser la culture « contrôle interne et risque » en animant des formations ou en rédigeant des newsletters Contrôle des courtiers et délégataires : Réaliser des contrôles sur place ou à distance de courtiers et délégataires de gestion : préparer et conduire les contrôles conformément au plan annuel, analyser les dispositifs organisationnels, contractuels et opérationnels des courtiers et délégataires, identifier les écarts, insuffisances et risques potentiels Rédiger les rapports de contrôles : formaliser les constats de manière claire, structurée et factuelle, évaluer l’impact des écarts détectés et en mesurer le niveau de criticité, proposer une synthèse lisible pour les parties prenantes internes Emettre des recommandations à destination des courtiers et délégataires de gestion et suivre leur mise en œuvre : définir des actions correctrices réalistes et adaptées aux enjeux de conformité et de qualité, suivre la mise en œuvre des plans d’actions jusqu’à leur clôture, alerter en cas de dérive, retard ou résistance de la part des partenaires contrôlés Dispositif de traitement des incidents opérationnels : Enregistrer les incidents hors informatique, suivre leur résolution, s’assurer que la phase d’analyse post-résolution a bien lieu et y contribuer éventuellement. Réaliser un reporting consolidé sur les incidents et l’utiliser pour challenger les cartographies des risques opérationnelles et le plan de contrôles Définir avec les opérationnels les plans d’action et réaliser le suivi de l’avancement de ces plans d’action en élaborant des reporting trimestriels Vous êtes également susceptible d’intervenir sur tout ou partie des activités suivantes : Dispositif de gestion des réclamations : En collaboration avec les autres membres de l’équipe : Garantir le traitement complet et conforme des réclamations (niveaux 1, 2 et médiation) dans les délais réglementaires. Assurer la qualité, la cohérence et la traçabilité des réponses apportées aux sociétaires et partenaires. Harmoniser le process réclamations et proposer des actions d’amélioration continue.
