Cross Functional Collaboration • Act as a key day to day product partner for Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations. • Represent assigned product areas in working sessions with internal teams and external partners. • Support executive level communication by preparing materials, updates, and product narratives. People Leadership & Team Development • Lead and mentor a team of product managers and senior individual contributors. • Foster strong product practices, clear ownership, and customer centric decision making. • Support distributed teams across time zones with strong alignment and accountability. Qualifications • Must have strong experience in ad tech, commerce media, marketplaces, or real time platform environments. • Hands on product leadership experience owning meaningful platform or infrastructure adjacent capabilities. • Proven ability to partner deeply with Engineering on technically complex systems at scale. • Experience operating in high throughput, data driven, or decisioning centric platforms. • Demonstrated success delivering large initiatives in matrixed, cross functional organizations. • People leadership experience with a track record of developing product talent. • Versed in AI enabled product development and interest in responsible AI adoption. • Clear, confident communicator able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non technical audiences, senior executives and customers.
