What will you do in this role Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, and to define and document requirements. Develop business use cases and process models for new and enhanced solutions. Support demand management, prioritization discussions, and trade-off decisions. Collaborate with solution delivery teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and successfully implemented. Document current- and future-state business processes, information flows, and performance metrics Ensure compliance with validation standards, our System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and other applicable policies. Support business continuity activities and participate in internal and external audits and compliance reviews. Provide day-to-day support for service requests and support system releases, including occasional weekend work. What should you have Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any Technology stream Minimum of 3 years of experience in business requirements analysis and/or business process engineering Experience using ServiceNow or similar platform Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
