The Role We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Software Project Manager to lead and deliver business-critical technology initiatives across Canco. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of software and IT projects, coordinating internal teams and vendors, and ensuring technology solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You will also directly manage and mentor the Technical Business Analyst, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, translated into technical solutions, and successfully delivered.
