Own the PCIS scope for capital projects, ensuring complete delivery, knowledge transfer, and adherence to standard designs and specifications. Develop technical expertise to prepare for future collaboration as a SME, GTO team member, or Platform Leader. Serve as an expert in one or more production systems and multiple unit operations. Support daily plant needs through coaching, troubleshooting, or direct involvement. Advance technologies, standards, and specifications to improve efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Leverage internal networks, vendor partnerships, and technology resources to deliver optimal results. Mentor and coach engineers, technicians, and technical staff to strengthen overall team capability. Apply people safety and food safety standards and principles. Manage personal development through planning, training, and pursuit of broad and deep technical expertise. Use KIWS Technical Center Tools to deliver projects and programs with excellence. QUALIFICATION Minimum Requirements: Associate’s degree in engineering or related field and 5 years of related work experience.
