Hands-on experience in C# / .NET-based automation development. Proven ability to lead and coordinate distributed teams across onshore and offshore locations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, results-oriented mindset. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Exposure to Oracle 12 or Salesforce platforms.
