JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Development Manager to join our dynamic client in the manufacturing industry. We’re looking for a Manager of Product Engineering to lead a team of engineers and technical staff focused on developing new products and improving existing ones. You’ll play a key role in ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability across all product development stages.
Reports To: Director, Product Engineering

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience leading a product development team in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Experience with plastic injection molded products, fabricated metal tubes, welded assemblies, polyurethane foam molded parts, and sewn goods
  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical education
  • Must have valid P.Eng certification
