Columbia Basin Trust is seeking a collaborative and results-driven leader to guide a dedicated team. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and reporting on the Trust’s Delivery of Benefits (DOB) sector and program work. This role also involves strategic engagement with key stakeholders, oversight of third-party relationships and providing visionary leadership to a dynamic team within the DOB department.
If you have experience in public program administration, strategic planning, policy development, and relationship-building with local governments, First Nations and community groups, we want to hear from you!
This is a regular, full-time position based out of any of our four offices: Castlegar, Cranbrook, Nakusp or Golden. Travel is required.
The salary range for this position is $121,000 – $142,200.
