Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments to forecast needs. Maintain and update the approved vendor list and purchasing database. Review and verify purchase requisitions for accuracy and compliance. Prepare procurement reports including price comparisons, cost analysis, and supplier performance. Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and quality standards. Support vendor evaluation and participate in supplier audits when necessary.
