Description CAMS (Community Association Management Services), HOA Management company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician/Handy Man to perform general maintenance/projects and assist in the oversight of contractors/vendors at HOAs varying from single-family to high-rise condos in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. Locations of sites are mainly in uptown Charlotte but can go as far north as Davidson and as far south as Fort Mill. A company vehicle will be provided with proof of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Hours of Work: Mon-Fri, 7:30 am-4:30 pm with the possibility of overtime and after-hours emergency calls. Hourly Rate: $20-$25 per hour based on experience. Benefits package included.
