Als Veiligheidskundige ben jij dé adviseur op het gebied van veiligheid binnen Alliander. Jij verbetert de veiligheidscultuur door te analyseren, adviseren en implementeren. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid altijd de aandacht krijgt die het verdient. Zo help je een veilige werkomgeving te realiseren voor al je collega’s.

Het energienet van de toekomst maken we voor iedereen, mét iedereen. En als Veiligheidskundige werk jij hieraan mee. Zo ben jij bezig met het:

  • uitvoeren van inspecties en audits op veiligheid, zowel intern als extern, en het aandragen van verbeterpunten.
  • risico’s in kaart brengen en adviseren over maatregelen om veiligheidsincidenten te voorkomen.
  • analyseren van veiligheidsincidenten en trends en het aandragen van oplossingen om grip te krijgen op deze trends.
  • adviseren van verschillende organisatieonderdelen over veiligheid en bijdragen aan de verbetering van processen.
  • creëren van draagvlak en het betrekken van veiligheidsambassadeurs om veiligheidsplannen te ontwikkelen die door de organisatie gedragen worden.
  • interpreteren van data en trends om de veiligheidsstrategie te sturen en prioriteiten te stellen.
