Position Overview Exploring Graphics is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Test Fitter to join our Las Vegas team. The Test Fitter is responsible for test fitting fabric graphics, assembling frames, and ensuring all graphic components meet alignment and quality standards before deployment or installation. This role plays a critical part in quality control by ensuring fabric graphics fit properly on frames and meet production specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with fabric graphics, frame assembly, and warehouse operations, along with strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and flexibility to assist across departments as needed. ---------------------------------------- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Fabric Graphic Test Fitting & Frame Assembly * Test fit all fabric graphics onto frames to verify proper sizing, alignment, tension, and overall quality. * Assemble and construct fabric frames according to specifications and design plans. * Install fabric graphics into frames, ensuring a tight, smooth, and wrinkle-free finish. * Identify and report any issues related to graphics, frames, or production quality. * Make adjustments as necessary to ensure graphics meet company quality standards. Fabric Frame Construction * Measure and cut frame materials to required dimensions using hand and power tools. * Assemble frame components securely and accurately. * Inspect finished frames for structural integrity and quality. Warehouse Organization & Inventory * Organize, label, and maintain inventory of frames, graphics, and related materials within the warehouse. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. * Assist with staging, preparation, and packing of graphics and frames for shipping or installation.
